ICBC Rehabilitation

ICBC Rehabilitation

If you’ve been injured in a motor vehicle accident, you are pre-approved by ICBC to receive immediate treatment within 12 weeks of the accident date. The number of pre-approved treatments vary depending on the treatment modality. If it has been longer than 12 weeks since your accident, we require direct communication from your adjuster or lawyer to confirm your treatment extension. Seeking treatment early helps to yield maximum results in getting you back to your normal.

At VIH, there are no user fees or out of pocket expenses for ICBC patients for the following treatments:

- 40 Minute Chiropractic - Initial Visit
- 30 Minute Chiropractic - Subsequent Visit

- 60 Minute Acupuncture - Initial & Subsequent Visit
- 45 Minute Acupuncture - Subsequent Visit

- 60 Minute RMT - Initial Visit

Please include your claim number, date of accident, adjuster name and contact information on your online intake form. We require this information for direct billing. If you have any questions about your personal claim, please contact your personal ICBC adjuster.
