Jennifer has been practicing massage therapy since 2015. Her approach is to calm the nervous system, and to treat the body as a whole. Health and happiness looks different on everyone, which is why Jennifer addresses each individual with a personalized assessment, treatment, and home care plan. She utilizes various techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active and passive stretching, PNF stretching, scar tissue mobilizations, joint mobilizations, muscle energy technique, Graston Technique®, hydrotherapy, and exercise prescriptions.
Jennifer has experience working with people of all life stages, and treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions. Her special passions within massage therapy include pre and post postpartum support, infant massage, chronic pain management, post-surgical treatment (post cesarean, masectomy, orthopedic), and working with people with depression and anxiety. Jennifer strives to provide excellent patient care and continuously evolve her practice by taking continuing education courses.
In addition to her practice, Jennifer is a faculty member at West Coast College of Massage Therapy.
