Originally from a small town in Saskatchewan, Ashley moved to BC last fall to attend the University of British Columbia. Ashley is interested in transferring her academic path to Kinesiology and is very grateful for the opportunity to work with such a brilliant team at Vitality Integrative Health.
From a young age, Ashley has been very active in playing a variety of sports which fostered her love for health and fitness. One of her greatest passions lies in maintaining a well-balanced lifestyle through both mental and physical well-being. Ashley has past experience as a pool manager, head lifeguard and actively volunteered in high school including being part of Saskatchewan's provincial Youth Council. She hopes to pursue a career in physiology or a related field in the future.
Ashley is very excited to spend more time in BC and is especially looking forward to taking in BC's breathtaking nature through hiking and cycling. Ashley also enjoys swimming, volleyball, running, yoga and HITT workouts.
