Dr. Jennifer Wong is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Psychology from the University of British Columbia.
Jennifer’s passion for health and fitness began in her teenage years through volleyball and track & field, where her curiosity about biomechanics and performance optimization took root. During university, she applied this knowledge as a personal trainer, helping clients achieve their fitness and sport-specific goals. Having spent over a decade balancing academics, work, and personal life, Jennifer understands that everyone faces unique challenges. That's why she takes the time to understand each patient’s goals before beginning care, ensuring that treatment plans are individualized and purposeful.
Jennifer has worked with a wide range of patients—from office workers and gym-goers to recreational and competitive athletes—helping them reduce pain, improve function, and build sustainable self-management strategies. She also has experience in managing motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases and addressing temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction. Her treatment approach incorporates a variety of techniques, including diversified chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, and personalized rehabilitative exercises. She also offers guidance on ergonomics and lifestyle modifications to support long-term results.
Outside the clinic, Jennifer enjoys running, playing volleyball, and discovering new restaurants around the city.
