Frances was born and raised in Richmond, and spent a few years of her early childhood studying Mandarin in Taiwan. She previously worked as a receptionist at a senior home for 4 years, and is passionate about working with people. Her interests include going outside for long walks, journaling, skincare, and studying Japanese. Frances believes that good mental and physical health is key to a happy life; valuing regular exercise, consuming balanced meals, and maintaining a positive mindset. She began as a regular patient at Vitality Integrative Health in 2024, and joined the team as a Patient Experience Coordinator because she hopes to assist other patients in receiving the treatment needed to achieve their goals.
